Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the ChurnLogic app or website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use ChurnLogic.

What ChurnLogic is

ChurnLogic is a planning and tracking tool for credit card applications. It provides personalized recommendations, deadline reminders, and estimated dollar values based on publicly available card data and your stated preferences.

What ChurnLogic is not

ChurnLogic is not a financial advisor. Nothing in the app constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice. Card recommendations are informational tools based on general eligibility rules and your inputs. Always do your own research and consider your personal financial situation before applying for any credit product.

Accuracy of information

Credit card offers, signup bonuses, annual fees, and issuer rules can change at any time without notice from the issuers. While we make reasonable efforts to keep our card catalog current, we cannot guarantee that every detail is accurate at the moment you view it. Always verify terms directly with the issuer before applying.

Affiliate links & compensation

ChurnLogic may earn compensation when you apply for a credit card through links in the app. This compensation does not change the terms or cost of any card to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence which cards are recommended or how they are ranked.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to update it if it changes. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use ChurnLogic for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Use automated systems to access ChurnLogic in a manner that exceeds reasonable human usage.
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense ChurnLogic or its data.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChurnLogic and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or credit opportunities, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which is $0 for free users).

Disclaimer of warranties

ChurnLogic is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any recommendation will result in approval for a credit card.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
